Almaty Open Indoor Triathlon Championship

On November 30 - December 1, 2019 the Almaty Open Indoor Triathlon Championship will be held.  

Goals and objectives of the Championship: increasing the number of athletes and fans of triathlon; improvement of of sports skills of amateur sportsmen; popularization of this kind of sports.

On November 30, 2019 professional athletes in the following categories will take part in the competition: U15, U17, U19 and Elite. Super sprint distance - 300m (swimming) - 8km (cycling) - 2km (running)

Start at 09.00

On December 1, 2019, amateur athletes (aged 18 at the time of the competition) will take part in the competition. Super sprint distance - 300m (swimming) - 8km (cycling) - 2km (running)

Total number of athletes: 60 

Venue: World Class Almaty (Almaty city, Nauryzbay Batyr str., 89)

Start: 10.00

Chief arbiter of the competition: Maksim Chernyi (coach of the Almaty Triathlon Federation)

Championship organizers: NGO "Almaty Triathlon Federation", Kazakhstan Triathlon Federation, World Class Almaty, Corporate Fund "Courage to Be the First" (Almaty Marathon), Shakhmardan Yessenov Science and Education Foundation.
